If Moises was able to walk through the sea, the Japanese peope made it sure that you can walk throught he thick winter ice of the Northern Alps.
Tateyama Kurobo Alpine Route is a spectacular passageway through the Nothern Japan Alps, a mountain range extending across Toyama, Nagano and Gifu Prefectures. The route was created in 1971 connecting Toyama City in Toyama Prefecture with Omachi Town in Nagano Prefecture.
Being surrounded by high white icy walls while traversing the mountain is simply surreal. Japan simply turns each tourist into a Winter Moises as they enjoy themselves here at the Tateyama Kurobo Alpine Route.
