Universal Studios in Osaka adds another attraction for amusement park goers, especially Jurassic Park fans! USJ kicks off “Flying Dinosaur”, the world’s longest flying roller coaster that will make everyone experience how to fly like a wild Pteranodon.
An out-of- control ruler of the sky Pteranodon will pull the rider high and “swing 360 degrees through the world of Jurassic Park.” According to USJ website, the flying coaster has a total course length of 1,124 m, and the height of the first drop is 37.8 m.

Flying Dinosaur is one way how USJ enlivens its 15-year anniversary campaign “Reborn!” USJ continuously promises to bring larger-than- life entertainment in all corners of the 50-hectare dream land.
Moreover, Reborn floats parade in the park grounds, including the well-loved characters such as Snoopy, Elmo, Hello Kitty and more. The park’s technicolors surrounding the gate up to its grounds signify rejuvenation and coming back to younger years prior to its theme.
The park for all ages first opened its various ride and show attractions on March 31, 2001.
For 15 years, it has been a favorite destination of tourists coming to Japan. Apart from its fifth roller coaster debut, the replicated Wizarding World of Harry Potter still dominates as USJ’s magnetizing asset for success.
