Japan Pop Princess Kyary Pamyu Pamyu released a new music video, entitled Harajuku Iyahoi, last January 10, 2017. The video was uploaded on her Youtube channel, kyarypamyupamyuTV, which contain all her other music videos. Harajuku Iyahoi received a lot of good comments because of its creativity and style. The music video was filled of cute characters and giant lanterns that intensified the kawaii-ness fever among her fans.

In January 18, Kyary also released another song, entitled Crazy crazy. In collaboration with Yasutaka Nakata and Charli XCX, the song is now available in iTunes, Amazon Japan and other online music stores.

She was also invited to perfom at the 2017 New Year’s Countdown. Piko Taro, famous for his viral hit, PPAP, also performed in the said event. Kyary performed a medley of some of her famous songs including Harajuku Iyahoi.
