An amusement park in Yamanashi Prefecture holds the record for the steepest roller coaster at Guinness. Located just near the iconic Mount Fuji, the attraction is called Takabisha, which is a roller coaster situated at the Fuji-Q Highland theme park in the city of Fujiyoshida.
The Takabisha roller coaster features seven loops and cars that run at the speed of 100 kilometers per hour (kph) in 1000-meter stretch, including its abyss which prompts everyone to go on a freefall section at the top which has an amusing angle of 120 degrees. The ride is expected to last for about 2 and 1/2 minutes.
