In Hyogo Prefecture, Japan, Samaura Park is one the best 50 famous places in viewing cherry blossoms, and viewing flowers in Kobe. It was first opened in 1935 and acknowledged because of its stunning cherry blossoms during the Spring and popular for hiking course. The park is consisting four mountains which includes the Mt. Hachifuse, and Tekkaisan. Aside from mountains, a small amusement park called Samaura Sanjo Yuen is located there, and a fishing place called Suma and Hiraiso is accessible to people.

In the video, they rode a cable car, CarLator, and the revolving tower which the video blogger described the ride as scary if you look down, but worth the frightened feeling by seeing the mesmerizing view.
