No. This building is not the Chase Tower in Chicago, United States of America. This is the Sompo Japan Nipponkoa Head Office Building located in the district of Nishi-Shinjuku in Tokyo. Being the corporate headquarters of the Sompo Japan Insurance company, the building actually been popular because of a particular painting housed inside the building. Exhibited at the Seiji Togo Memorial Sompo Japan Museum of Art inside the building is the 1888 painting of Dutch painter Vincent Van Gogh entitled "Sunflowers." Unfortunately, the said painting is said to have been destroyed in a fire during World War II.
