Fukuoka is not only famous for its Hakata ramen. The air-conditioned Ferris-wheel gondolas are also just an arm's reach here. The name of this Ferris-wheel is Sky Dream Fukuoka, which is operated at Evergreen Marinoa. These comfortable Ferris-wheel gondolas are located in the city of Fukuoka. Unfortunately the Ferris-wheel only gave smiles to patrons from 2001 until 2009. It was said to have been sold to a Taiwanese company, named Lihpao Land. A year after, the demolition of the area commenced. The demolition was temporarily halted when an accident happened, which injured a laborer and damaged four cars.
