Seibi-en is a Japanese landscape garden created in 1902. It is one of the three famous gardens of the Meiji period in Kyoto and classified as a Place of Scenic Beauty in Hirakawa, Aomori Prefecture in Japan.
The garden includes a pond and its main attraction, the unique building that provides a scenic view and serves as the scenic spot at the Seibi-en. The building is the combination of Japanese and Western architectural features that came from the Seito family. Its first floor has a Japanese structure with tatami floors and its second floor adopts the Western architectural style.
