On April 1, 2017, Japan will be launching its very first outdoor Legoland theme park in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture. Unlike previous Legoland Tokyo and Legoland Osaka which are indoors, the designers of Legoland Nagoya worked hard on making all the structures more "lego"-like. Also, the newly-built outdoor attraction has rides that are more suited to children from 2 years old to 12 years old.

But the management of the park are not just focusing on the lego-like structures. They are also training all soon-to-be staff and personnel to be child-friendly, not only on how they look, but also on how they act and use language towards children.
