"Precision is in our culture."

Seido or precision in Japanese, has been a signature trait of the people from the Land of the Rising Sun. This has been observed in all aspects of their culture, whether it's in work, clothing, lifestyle, travel, and even food. And how else can precision in food be shown but in another icon from Japan, the bite-sized rice dish with topping called sushi.

The making of such a signature dish has become an art for the Japanese people that each and every cut and serving of specific ingredients should be precise and exact. And the Japan Airlines (JAL) has used this analogy to show the world that it will keep to its promise of being one of the most punctual airlines in the world.
