A concert hall located in the Kita Ward of Osaka Prefecture, the Festival Hall is managed by the Asahi Building Co. LTD, a company which owns the Asahi Shimbun Company.

The Festival Hall is home to the Osaka Philharmonic Orchestra, which is the former Kansai Symphony Orchestra.

Opened to the public in 1958, and had been the orchestra's home ever since, it closed in 2008 when the building was transformed into a skyscraper. Apparently, they constructed a new Festival Hall, which was completed in 2012, and became the new home of the Osaka Philharmonic Orchestra.
