Japan has this big fascination with cats or neko. Moreover, the fact that most apartments in Japan don't allow pets inside makes this cat cafe in Kyoto a must-visit for fans of our purr buddies. Because of that fact, cat cafes actually need a license to run in Japan, to ensure that the safety of both the animals and the travelers.

Located at the Nakagyo Ward, Oikedaitocho in Kyoto Prefecture, the Nekokaigi is a safe place to relax with your favorite feline pals. Though cat cafes seem to be a very comfortable idea, guests are expected to follow all the rules set by each cat cafe.
