An establishment dedicated to art shouldn't only be creative on the inside. The building architecture itself should reflect the artistic works it carries inside.
This is the National Art Center in Tokyo. Located at the Roppongi district in the Minato Ward of the capital of Japan, the establishment is actually a museum. But what makes it different from all the other similar establishment in the world is that it is called as the "empty musuem." This is because the place only accommodates temporary exhibitions and, at the moment, has not yet accepted permanent collections.
