Mostly, commercial buildings have been just one or two straight pieces of establishments pointing upward. There were some who had been creative and brave enough to defy the urban norm. But not everyone succeeds on this. But the Mode Gakuen Spiral Tower in the Nakamura ward of the city of Nagoya proved that it can.
Situated in Aichi Prefecture, Japan, the Mode Gakuen Spiral Tower is a proud 170-meter (558 feet) building. It has a total of 36 stories, complete with facilities from three vocational schools in Aichi: Nagoya Mode Gakuen, HAL Nagoya and Nagoya Isen.
