Komazawa Olympic Park Tower is located in the Komazawa Olympic Park. This is in Meguro and Setagaya ward in Tokyo. Inside the park are an Olympic-size swimming pool, the Komazawa Olympic Park Stadium, and Komazawa Gymnasium. There are also facilities for soccer, cycling, baseball, tennis, and jogging.

The park is historic as it used to be the Tokyo Golf Club, where Emperor Hirohito played golf with King George V. It was supposed to be the venue of the 1940 Summer Olympics but was canceled due to World War II.
