Kobe is Japan's 6th largest city and forms as the capital of Hyogo Prefecture. It lies in the southern part of Honshu island and 30 km west of Osaka city. * Kobe Port Tower - Standing at 108 metgers, Kobe tower offers a skyline view of the City.
