You can see how relaxing the place are through this video. The Izu Peninsula is a resort area surrounded by ocean and mountains.

They may not be able to ride in a boat and wandered around the ocean but the place is rich and blessed with natural resources. It has hot springs, beautiful coastlines, beaches, mild climate, and scenic mountainous interior.

The beautiful view of the Izu Peninsula was formed by the shifting of submarine volcanoes. But from a disaster, comes out such beautiful scenery.
