Who would have thought that somewhere in Nagasaki is a a piece of the Netherlands?
The Huis Ten Bosch is a Dutch-themed park located in the city of Sasebo in Nagasaki Prefecture. The name of the theme park actually means "house in the woods or bush." Because of this, the place is actually known for the vibrant flowers surrounding the famous wind mill of the park. The name of the park is also said to have come from establishments in The Hague, Netherlands, which are actually the three official residences of the Dutch Royal Family. One of them is also said to be the former residence of Princess Beatrix.
