Looking on the topmost part of the picture, this building just looks like a normal circular establishment with a helipad. But the notion of "normal" changes upon close inspection of the bottom part of the building.
This is a photo of the Gate Tower Building, located at the Fukushima Ward of Osaka Prefecture, Japan. The building has created worldwide fame because of the Umeda Exit of the Ikeda Route of the Hanshin Expressway system passing through the bottom part of the building. The highway is actually the tenant from the 5th to the 7th floors of the building.
