Pop Japan

The famous "Bamboo Groves" of Arashiyama is a must visit, if you are in Kyoto City. A stroll through these groves, you will probably tell yourself many many times that you have never seen anything like this. Atleast I did.

Western part of Japan is known for it's Bamboo Forests and this one in Arashiyama is one of the best and contains hundreds of bamboo trees probably many many years old. These groves are a few minutes walk from the center of the Arashiyama district (from train and bus stations) and visit to this you will never forget.
