According to this video, the first truth about working women in Japan is that there they have treaty duty. During Mondays, it is a mandatory work for women to set up and clean up tea sets every morning and after work. Women are the ones who bring the coffee or tea and it is considered to be a woman's job.

The second is that women cannot say no. An example given in the video is that during parties, women cannot say no to their bosses even if they don't want to attend the party.
