Rokurokubi is another type of Yokai or apparition or a ghost. They are completely the same as humans except they stretch their necks for long-distance or detach from the body such as in the case of Nukekubi. Rokurokubis are common in Japanese folklore and may have originated from the visual misinterpretation of string attached to the body. Like Nukekubi, a Rokurokubi seeks its victim to suck out blood.
