This is a footage from a Japanese Dancing Festival took place in Kurume City, Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan, in 2011.
Just like any other cicites, Kurume boasts a lot of festivities that engages everyone from the massive crowd in the streets to either take part of a parade or just dance alongside them such as the Festival of Light in February, and Festival of Water in August.
