After Nintendo's Famicom, there goes another great console from the game giant.

The Super Nintendo Entertainment System or more popularly known as the Super NES, or SNES, or the Super Nintendo worldwide. In Japan, it is more popularly known as the Super Famicom.

First released by Nintendo in 1990 in Japan, the 16-bit home video game console was the very first console to convert Capcom's phenomenal arcade game, Street Fighter II. In 1994, Donkey Kong Country was relesed which was said to secure the lead of the Super NES in the console rivalry during the time, even securing the lead against Sony's PlayStation.
