Real or not? Saya Ishikawa really made the internet go crazy!

Though Saya Ishikawa looks so real, she is actually not. After going viral and stealing a lot of hearts because of her cuteness, it has been later on revealed that Ishikawa is 100% CGI, created by the 3D CG artist couple Teruyuki and Yuki Ishikawa. All of her features are completely computer generated. The couple spent years to create her and make her look perfectly like a human. She is actually inspired from the girls in Shibuya, Tokyo, which Mrs. Ishikawa regularly sees. The two treat Saya as if she was their own daughter and regarded themselves as her parents.

The couple is now looking forward on making a film featuring Saya Ishikawa.
