Sakakibara Machinery does it again! 

Previously manufacturing feed and livestock equipment, the Sakakibara Machinery Works Co. became known for creating awesome giant robots. 

From the creators of Landwalker (the two-legged boarding robot), Masaaki Nagumo presents his 6-year project called LW-MONONOFU Type 2 Land, or simply ‘Mononofu’, the 8.5 meters tall, 7.3 tons mecha.

Mononofu, a name befitting of a warrior (literally), is every kid’s dream. This real life Gundam is automated and can be controlled by simply pressing buttons and pedals. While it can move and twist, Mononofu can’t go far as it is too big to leave its cage. While it may not be able to transform like Bumblebee just yet, Mononofu is actually available for rent in the Gunma prefecture.
