Here's a video of Jon showing us what's inside Toyo Frame factory, a bike factory in Japan.
Back in 1974 before it became Toyo Frame, it started as an old bearing factory working for Panasonic. Now, Toyo Frame builds frames and bicycles for some of the biggest brand in the world such as Gary Fisher, Ricci, GT, and many more. One of the bikes was made inside the factory was built for Tom Ritchey and Thomas Frischknet for the World Cross Championships. x
You can also see in this video the process of making a frame. At first, frame builder designs and draw a life-size frame first on the paper and put on the computer using the CAD program before the bending of tubes and welding happens.
