Behold! Japan seems to be helping India to ease traffic jams!
It is said to be installed in Bangalore, India to control the traffice situation. Costing around $11.3 million, the project will be funded by Japan's International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
In the said project, according to CNN, 12 spots around the city has been chosen. Sensors will be placed in the 12 places to serve as special detectors to transmit traffic data every 60 seconds. These sensors will be aided by around 6, 700 buses with GPS.
These sensors will be installed around March 2019. However, the operation will start around the middle of 2020.
