The future awaits at the Japan Robot Week.
The Japan Robot Week is a trade show primarily showcasing service robots among other related technologies and components. The show is held at the Tokyo Big Sight of Odaiba every other year. The event features service robotics in an attempt to stimulate business negotiations and industry cooperation through technology exchange. A gallery of nursing robots, life support robots, and disaster response robots are displayed for individuals and companies to discover and learn from. Forums are also organized, highlighting the different perspectives and challenges of each country in the field of robotics. Japan Robot Week is organized by a partnership between the Japan Robot Association (JARA) and NikkanKogyo Shinbun. The next Japan Robot Week will be held in Autumn 2018.
