Days after shattering a 12-year old top speed record, Japan's fastest bullet train easily set their own record during their test run.
The speedometer of Japan's maglev train reads 603 kilometers per hour on the KM. 22 mark of their trial course on Tuesday, April 21, 2015. This mark was 13 more from their previous speed record, or 590 kph, that was set six days ago.
Is it said that this chain of magnetically levitated (Maglev) passenger trains are expected to traverse the train line between cities Tokyo and Nagoya, a distance of around 300 kilometers, in just 40 minutes.
