Say goodbye to all those massive lawnmowers. This is Japan's cute and convenient technological answer.
The Miimo is Honda's robotic lawnmower. It is an efficient grass cutter without the space-eating size, and eardrum-busting revving noise. The Miimo uses a microchip, timer, and sensors to cut grass quietly within a defined area. You wouldn't have to worry about it because it operates on its own. It can also detect electrical fields, and evade it easily. The Miimo also has a quick turn mechanism which enables it to change direction in a smooth motion, without having to reverse. The Honda Miimo is battery-operated. It is also water-resistant. The Miimo is available in the US starting June.
