The Famicom Mini is a game console created by Nintendo. It recreates the Family Computer, or Famicom, the Japanese version of the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) first released in 1983. It is the smaller version of the Famicom, scaled down 60% from its original size. The micro console comes bundled with 30 games and can be played on modern TVs via HDMI. It also comes with two mini pads to be slot in the sides of the Famicom Mini for storage. The console displays games in three ways: pixel perfect, 4:3, and original. Like its big brother, the Famicom, the Famicom Mini plays heavily on nostalgia and is a rare gem in Japan.
