Japan, prominent for its leading innovations in technology, is also known for its shockingly polite social norms. It is probably the only place in the world where thousands of train commuters actually follow the guidelines displayed in public. 

As expected, Japan seems like a new world entirely as a project turn heads for its unique approach to Public Order enforcement. 

The Animegaphone is a megaphone that changes your voice into your favorite anime character's screams, using a newly created real-time, voice-changing AI technology called “R.C. Voice”.  While it may look like just another awesome Japanese invention, it’s real aim is to provide better Crowd Control using a real science theory called the Cocktail-Party Effect. 

The Animegaphone will debut in the Wonder Festival 2018 this February 18 using the familiar voices of Hiroaki Hirata and Kotori Koiwai (One Piece’s Sanji and Non Non Biyori’s Renge respectively).
