8k VR Ride at the SXSW 2017

SXSW shows off 8K VR ride developed by several Japanese companies in its recent 2017 gathering.
The companies from Tokyo who participated in the event includes NHK Enterprises, NHK Media Tech, RekoChoku, and Victor Entertainment, who worked together to build the ride that is meant to showcase the possibility of an 8K video.
Powered by Wonder Vision's Sphere 5.2 Immersive Screen, the 8K ride fully utilizes hydraulics to pick up two audience members and immerse them in the screen.
8K VR is a brand-new VR experience system which was developed in Japan using state of the art audio-visual technology known as 8K Super Hi-Vision.
