Shinji Kagawa, a professional football player for Borussia Dortmund and the Japan National Team.
He started playing at the age of five, and has won over 80 tournaments since his senior international debut in 2008. Known for his vision, technique, movement and deft passing as an attacking midfielder, he was the J.League Division 2 Top Scorer in 2009 and was named the 2012 Asian Football Confederation International Player of the Year. In the 2018 FIFA World Cup, Kagawa’s goal against Colombia broke records, with Kagawa scoring the second fastest goal of the tournament and matching one of Russian footballer, Salenko’s World Cup records.
