Start the morning right with Radio Taisou.
This is Japan's answer to the Taichi of the Chinese. Radio Taisou is an exercise routine broadcast over the radio every 6:30 in the morning. The routine mostly consists of calisthenic movements. These movements are guided through the voice you hear broadcast on the radio. If you feel weird about it, don't worry. A lot of people do radio taisou at parks. This type of exercise has been practiced even as part of Japan's high school gymnastics so the moves are generally easy to follow.
