In the advent where people have migrated from places and meet people with other nationalities and culture, there is a chance of two people from different races meeting and later on, dating.

Foreigners were asked in Tokyo by Cathy Cat that if given a chance, would they date a Japanese person? The results varied, but the general consensus answer is yes, given the reason for that person should be also outgoing and interested in learning their cultures as well.
