Cathy Cat asked several Japanese people in the streets, and their answers regarding destressing actitivies varied from getting hours of sleep (with 12-15 hours being the longest), conversing with people they like through hangouts, messaging and social networking sites, Some even watched their favorite music and anime programs to be entertained and relaxed.
