Ever wondered how far makeup, plus skills and talen,t can change someone’s physical appearance? Then this commercial from Japanese makeup brand Shiseido is here to ease your curiosity.

The commercial starts out with a pretty teacher opening the door to her classroom, the camera then zooms to the girls sitting by their respective desks, looking bored out of their wits.

The big reveal comes at the end of the commercial and it is something that you wouldn’t have expected to see!
