Takeru Sato is one of the most celebrated actors now in Japan. He got his much-awaited break with the 17th installment of the most-loved masked character of Japan, Kamen Rider. Since then, his popularity has continued to soar being involved with a lot of dramas and movies since then. In 2012, he made a milestone in his career by the successful portrayal of Japan's most beloved wandering swordsman, Kenshin Himura. He starred in all three live-action movies of the franchise including Rurouni Kenshin, Rurouni Kenshin: The Kyoto Inferno, and the Rurouni Kenshin: The Legend Ends.
