Starring Arashi's Jun Matsumoto and Kasumi Arimura, Narratage is a story of true love, but one that will forever be hard to be accepted by society. 

Based on the novel of the same title, written by Rio Shimamoto, the movie narrates the story of a high school teacher named Takashi Hayama, played by Matsumoto, and Izumi Kudo (Arimura), now studying in the university and a former student of Hayama.

Being Jun Matsumoto's first movie after four years, the trailer also credited the official theme song to Yojiro Noda of the Jrock band, RADWIMPS, who made a worldwide invasion with their work on the anime movie, Your Name.
