Yes, you've read it right, the stretch of asphalt near Mt. Fuji is producing art to your ears whenever the tires of your car drive over them. 

Known as the Melody Road, the cement path is said to have a variety of creases that use the tires as tuning forks to produce the so-called tune. The music will be heard inside your car once your tires run over the first crease. 

The road is said to be the Ashinoko Skyline Drive that will bring travellers to Lake Ashi, for that perfect Fuji-san atmosphere. It also provides a good view of the Sagami and Suruga Bays.
