Meet Masahiko Suga. He is a sort of minor celebrity in Japan after being spotted for pushing his beloved cats around in a pram or stroller. The cats descend from a family of strays he took into his home to look after and raise. And one day, he discovered taking them out on walks helped calm them down and refrain them from destructively tearing up the furniture. His usual habit made him famous and earn the distinction of “Tokyo Cat Man,” and his pets are seemingly enjoying the attention from the public.
