You've never seen the most bizarre in Japan until you have seen their television shows. And one of the more popular ones is the semi-annual show called Kasou Taishou. Aired in NTV, the show is actually a competition of skit performances from various amateur groups. Hosted by Kinichi Hagimoto and Shingo Katori, the show has been known, not only in Japan, but also around the world, for faking or simply making their own simple versions of the hi-tech cinematic effects of various Hollywood and even Asian movies.

The performing group in this video aimed to do a simple pingpong game, but with all the mind-whopping effects of the movie, The Matrix. Surprisingly, they were able to pull it off "accurately."
