If Sailor Moon was a man, that man would be Hideaki Kobayashi.

Hideaki Kobayashi looks like your average Joe from the neck up, but from the neck down, he becomes one of Tokyo's most iconic characters. On the weekends, he parades around the streets dressed in "seifuku" or sailor schoolgirl uniforms worn by teenagers. His out-of-the-box image has earned him the name, "Sailor Suit Old Man" and "GrowHair". According to him, he started wearing a schoolgirl uniform after a ramen shop announced that they would treat men over 30 who wore a schoolgirl uniform to their store. After taking the free ramen, he soon realized that he looked good on them. Today, he has had countless encounters with fans dying to take a picture with him. He even formed an idol group called Chaos de Japon where he not only produces and photographs, but one that he is also a part of.
