The Osaka Castle is not the only castle for travelers to visit in Japan. In Gifu Prefecture, on top of the mountain of Hachiman, lies a castle, that is most beautiful in the autumn season. The Hachiman Castle was said to have been built in 1559 by the feudal lord of the area during the time. This magnificent structure is said to be destroyed during the Meiji Period. In 1933, the magnificence was reconstructed. Though the outside features were the same, the interiors are said to have adapted a different design.
