Pop Japan

This is an art exhibition by Japanese contemporary artist, Chiharu Shiota. She has been known in the modern Japanese art scene as someone who creates large-scale visual exhibitions which are truly poetic in nature. As most of the poets and artists of the world, some of her favorite artwork themes focuses on remembrance and oblivion. She had also created some works on the topic of dreaming and sleeping. Some of here most notable displays feature the past and childhood nostalgia. And the last but not the least, her artworks had been expressions of long-kept anxieties.
