You may consider yo-yo as just a traditional toy from the Philippines. But Tomonari Ishiguro from Japan, has just transformed the ordinary child's play into his passion. He even made a name for himself as "Black" when he won the 2001 Single A World Yo-yo championship.
However, as a typical Japanese man, he realized that his fame in yo-yo will just not work in modern society Japan. After winning the championship, he went back to his office job as a systems engineer. However, his passion for yo-yo just grew stronger through those years that he quit his job to be a professional yo-yo performer and made even put yo-yo playing into the next level.
