Rachel discusses their personal experiences on how they adopt a pet cat in Japan.

She also tackled some ways in how people can adopt pet animals, such as through pet stores, animal sanctuaries, and a website Satoya Boshu (http://www.satoya-boshu.net/) which means "Owner Wanted!" in English.

However, foreigners who wish to adopt pets might experience difficulties in doing so. Such as the case of Satoya Boshu, there are some standards such as "adopter must be a married couple," "adopter must have another cat," or "adopter cannot have an adult child living at home."
