"Realizing, everything I love is slowly killing me."

Taking Off is the first single released by the Jrock band ONE OK ROCK from their 8th album, entitled Ambitions. The song was released on September 16, 2016, together with an official music video. Two months later, the band released this acoustic version, marked under their Studio Jam Session collection, which is the Japanese version of the song.

The song is about a damaged releationship, and how, no matter what happens, one "should never let go."
